This is my current portfolio for the professional program of industrial design at Brigham Young University. I was recently accepted after submitting my portfolio and am excited to begin the professional program this fall. The projects are a combination of both 2D and 3D design projects to develop our skills in a variety of design areas ranging from ideation, to surface and form development, to presentation sketches, and design communication. In all it has been an exciting set of classes and I am proud of the work displayed so far.

So some of these pictures have lines that are too faint and too detailed to do a good job of clean up in Photoshop and Illustrator. Despite that fact I am working on making cleaner versions of them, but for now I just wanted to get some work up on here. I am also in Industrial design classes right now that are mega busy so I will probably be putting up more of those kinds of sketches in the coming weeks. PS i gave up on the one a day thing, I am buried in homework.

Matty Raynor had me draw on a couple of boards for him to use and sell. I was only in Hawaii for another three weeks when I started this project so I only got to do three. Maybe in the future I'll put some more work in.

I recently worked with Hele Huli moped and segway tours on the North Shore of Oahu to update their existing rack cards. I can't claim the original design or the complete layout of the rack card, but I did design and add the Geocaching logo onto their rack card aswell as update the information and reformat the layout on the back of the rack card.
(recognize the models?)

This link is for a blog created by Trijsten Leach of the Kahuku Grill mural we did together last year. It took us a lot of time and effort, but it all came together. Also check out Trijstens blog he is a really talented painter.
I was recently asked to design a logo for a Jr. soccer team in the Provo, UT area. They didn't have official colors or anything to go off of other than the name Titans and that in the past they had kind of used black and blue sometimes as their colors. So I went with that and this is what I came up with.
The team ended up choosing a design like the one above, minus "el mexsal". The restaurant wasn't going to be sponsoring the team anymore. Following are variations in designs I came up with. Enjoy.
